Meet The Team

Arsiak has always been a small town girl with big city dreams. She moved to Chicago after growing up in El Dorado, Arkansas, and earned her degree from the Illinois Broadcasting School. She's come to believe that smart is the new sexy. She has leveraged her communications background to become an exceptional listener and negotiator. Growing up with hard-working, self-employed, immigrant parents in a small southern town helped her learn the power of patience, consistency, and determination. In serving her clients, she uses all three on a daily basis. Arsiak prides herself on being approachable and a great listener, and quickly able to hone in on the specific needs of all parties to gain a mutually beneficial agreement for everyone involved.

She currently lives in the West Bucktown neighborhood of Chicago with her husband, Amir, and their two teacup Yorkies, Coco and Peanut. She is proud to serve on the auxiliary board for Embarc, a three-year program that provides experienced-based learning opportunities to low-income high school students to prepare them for a prosperous future. In her spare time, she loves being with family, dining out with friends, working out, and traveling the world. Fun fact about Arsiak: She has a not-so-secret addiction to an app called Home Design, which lets her flex her creativity and interior design skills.
