Meet The Team

Mehdi was inspired to go into the industry by his father, graduating from the University of Illinois with both a bachelor’s degree and a real estate license. Having been in sales his entire life, real estate was a natural fit, and Mehdi loved the fact that homes were a rewarding, tangible asset. He quickly began making his mark on the industry, owning and managing his own brokerage for 10 years. 

Mehdi entered the industry at one of its most economically challenging times. Instead of getting discouraged, he used it as a growing opportunity, learning how to navigate the landscape during its most difficult cycles. He still utilizes these lessons and experiences to empower and educate his clients as well as teach and mentor new agents. 

In addition to his comprehensive knowledge of the business as a whole, Mehdi also has insight into the construction and financial side of real estate. Mehdi has built and rehabbed several properties, understanding what it takes to maintain and improve them. His sales background makes him a great negotiator, and he will always work to get his clients the best deal possible. Due to his hard work and diverse skill set, Mehdi has done approximately $100 million in sales and been recognized as a Top Producer for five consecutive years.

Mehdi’s proudest achievement, however, is the relationships he’s managed to build through his work. Medhi knows that the process of buying and selling a home can be transformative and emotional, which is why he approaches each transaction with patience, kindness, and compassion. Because of this, many of his clients have become his friends for life.

Mehdi currently lives in the Chicago area with his wife, their dog Teddy, and their cat Charlie. Some of his favorite pastimes include playing tennis, running, cycling, admiring vintage cars, and his love for cigars. He also enjoys giving back to the community by supporting local animal shelters.
